Women Entrepreneurs are taking over HVAC

No matter what stage of career you are in, women are standing out in every single industry even those that are usually male-dominated. The World Bank reports that women only make 38 percent of global human capital wealth versus 62 percent for men. Yet, women are now accounting for every 1 in 3 franchises that are opening. Women are essentially heating up the HVAC industry at an alarming rate.

The HVAC industry is a $57.8 Billion industry alone, yet only 9% of technicians are women. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning wants to change that statistic. We are a part of the Diversity Fran Program that gives $5,000 off the initial franchise fee to any woman that wants to own our franchise.
