DYLAN COHAN

“Dylan Cohan has been the head of Learning and Development for Mosquito Squad since December of 2020. He first joined Mosquito Squad in 2013 as a Field Technician, then Operations Manager, at Mosquito Squad of Central Virginia. In 2016, Mr. Cohan transitioned to Mosquito Squad Franchising, where he served as a Business Advisor and Learning and Development Specialist, supporting franchisees and creating training systems to ensure our franchisees reached their personal and organizational goals, while inspiring the vision of our brand. In 2020, Mr. Cohan transitioned into his current role, where he oversees the training of our franchise system and success of new franchisees.

Mr. Cohan graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University earning a B.Sc. in Psychology with a minor in Business. He was inducted into the International Honor Society of Psychology for outstanding achievement and contribution in psychology. In addition, Mr. Cohan has graduated from Harvard Business School’s Core Business Program. He has also attained his certificate in Corporate and Franchise Executive Education from the University of Louisville’s College of Business and dual Business Metric certificates from Duke University.
