Texas Residential Service Provider Joins the Authority Brands Family

Locally-owned and operated Rockwall Heating and Air Conditioning, which has been serving the surrounding area for more than 10 years, has joined forces with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning Franchise Development (One Hour), a national heating and air conditioning brand with independently owned and operated locations throughout North America. The company is now operating as Rockwall One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating.

Owner Nathan Dickinson, who has been working in the industry for 30 years, learned about the HVAC trade from his father. “This is a big step for our company’s future,” said Dickinson. “Now, by being a One Hour, we have even more resources available to us that will benefit our customers and help us provide the best service we can offer.”

The company’s 20 employees and 10 branded One Hour trucks can be seen on the roads of East Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Heath, Royce City, Sachse, Wylie, Garland, Rowlette, and Rockwall.

One Hour was recently ranked No. 1 in the HVAC services category in Entrepreneur magazine’s Franchise 500 list.
